The interior is cozy & inviting, with high ceilings & natural wood throughout. The large windows welcome in plenty of natural light & views of the surrounding nature. There's plenty of deck space to hangout & enjoy the surrounding area. Enjoy being only 10 minutes from the nearest marina.

**The steps to the downstairs portion of the home are somewhat steep. Those with mobility issues may have a hard time getting down them. There is another entrance door to access to the lower portion of the home via the patio.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
