The courtyard is shared between the 6 units in the complex. This means all amenities there are shared as well! This includes:
-Hot Tub
-BBQ Grills
-Yard Games
-Outdoor Furniture

Please be mindful of your neighbors when utilizing any of these amenities!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
