The unit is in a complex with other homes, with a private parking lot additional to the garage and a private dumpster.

We have no access to the mailboxes on the lot. Please do not plan to ship things to the mailbox for your stay, only porch delivery!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
