These two side-by-side modern luxury homes are the perfect fit for your large group. With 8 bedrooms and 8 full bathrooms, everyone will have plenty of room too spread out. Offering two fully stocked kitchens w bar seating, 2 car garages, and two rooftop patios with a BBQ grill and two fire pits. We are located in the local hot spot known as Germantown, and less than 2 miles to Broadway. Early bag drop available by request for an additional $50.

The two homes are not attached. They have very easy accessibility between them via the front doors or garages.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
