Our house is a brand new 3 story build in the bustling Nashville neighborhood called The Nations. The home is fully fenced and gated. The driveway leads to a one and a half car garage. The front and backyard are relatively large for the area. It has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bath, and 2 additional flex spaces.

As you walk in our home there's an open layout with a living room, dining area, kitchen, and half bath. On the 2nd floor there is the primary bedroom with the comfiest Casper king bed you can find. Also on the 2nd floor is my wife's office that is also used as a reading room. Continuing on the 2nd floor is our daughters room complete with a twin loft bed with a slide and all the barbies and stuffed animals you can imagine. On the 3rd floor there is my office which has a full size pull out couch as well as a Microsoft 2-in-1, printer, and Xbox available for guest use. Next there's a living room complete with a wet bar with an ice machine and mini fridge/freezer, 85" TV, and a full size pull out couch. Extending off the third floor is a balcony with a smokeless fire pit and room for sitting. Also on the 3rd floor is a bonus room that is the future home of my golf simulator, but currently has a ping pong table and an Ivation EZ Bed. The house is setup for just the 3 of us to live in, but has space to accommodate more for a short time if you're comfortable with blowup and pull out mattresses.

Guest's will have full access to the home with the exception of 4 closets that contain personal items such as clothes.

We will be available during normal business hours to answer any questions and will do our best to answer 24/7. If we're traveling we have resources in town who can assist.

Our home is located in The Nations, one of the hottest and fastest growing neighborhoods in Nashville, Tennessee. The Nations is a bustling neighborhood with newly developed homes, local restaurants, breweries, boutique shopping, coffee shops and entertainment. The majority of residents here are young families and professionals who prefer the convenience of being close to downtown and the laid-back atmosphere. It has a quiet neighborhood feel, while being close to the interstate, ten minutes from downtown, and 15 minutes to the airport.

Red bicycle(coffee), fountain of juice, Bringles BBQ, Centennial Bar and Grill, Brightside bake shop, and many other restaurants are a 15 minute walk. L&L market is a 4 min drive with the famous five daughters donuts, shopping, and more great restaurants.

Turnip truck grocery store with hot bar, salad bar, and juice bar is less than a mile. Modern Dog Company is a 3 minute walk!

West Park is practically across the street. A simple 5 minute walk to Baseball Fields, play grounds, Soccer Fields, gymnasium, and more.

The neighborhood is very walkable with majority of it having sidewalks and you will see people out and about walking throughout the day and night. There is a ton of street parking throughout the neighborhood.

This is our full time home and a true Owner Occupied short term rental. We list it on Airbnb for when we're traveling or staying at one of our other properties in town. With that we're very particular on when we accept a booking and require the person booking to be 30 years of age or older. Our ideal guest is a small family looking for a quiet weekend getaway in Nashville. The home is set up for our normal day to day living and the standard personal items you would expect in any home can be found here. The home is not designed to be a true Airbnb or accommodate large groups. Again this home is not ideal for large groups and we do not allow large groups such as bachelorette or bachelor parties. We do use our house as the headquarters for the Turo business so occasionally there could be a drop off or pickup in the driveway or garage during your stay. Of course you will have a heads up if this is the case and there will not be anyone entering the house. We do ask if you have a vehicle to utilize the street parking in front of the house so there's no issue with your vehicle or ours getting blocked in.
